Mindful Hikes

Walking Meditation and Yoga in the fabulous Nature of Switzerland

Our Mindful Hikes are led by Ana and Noé and comprise sessions of Qigong, Yoga, Meditation, and Walking in Noble Silence. Everyone is welcome, and our activities are non-profit and donation based.

Ana is a certified Yoga (RYT 500 Yoga Alliance) and meditation teacher, clinical hypnotherapist and psychotherapist. She explores practices from Yoga such as Pranayama, guided visualisations, active meditations with a therapeutic approach and Transcendental types of meditations.

Noé is a student and practitioner of Theravada Buddhism and an ESA-certified hiking guide. He has been guiding mindfulness meditation in various settings since the early 90s and practices Contemplative Photography.
